Martha-Ann form Saltcoats found us online and gave us a call because she needed a reroof.

Her existing roof, as you can clearly see from the pictures was falling apart and looked terrible on the surface.

Despite how it looked, the job was straightforward for us:
✅ Technical Survey
✅ Scaffolding up the next day
✅ Materials and Skip arrived the day after

Then we got to work!
✅ Stripped off the old materials
✅ New Tiles
✅ New Battens
✅ New Felt
✅ New tiles of Martha-Ann’s choice.

When fixing a roof, add a roughcast to complete the look

Bill from Shieldhall discovered us online recently because he was looking for a new roof and roughcast.

Bill’s existing roof was damaged and there’s nothing worse than water getting into your property! It was also looking tired and in need of a refurb anyway.

Bill also decided to go with a new roughcast as both together would transform his home, giving it that fresher, more vibrant look.

The roof went exactly as you would expect from us:
✅ Roof stripped
✅ New felt
✅ New battens
✅ Red tile of customers choice, which really stands out

…on to the roughcast where we:
✅ Clean and treat the existing surface
✅ Repair all damages
✅ Install edging around the corners to ensure a perfect finish
✅ Finally a silicone base topcoat.

Another flawless job, carried out, quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. Bill was over the moon with the work completed, making his home the freshest on the block!

All in a days’ Roughcasting!

This weekend was William from Cumnock getting a new roughcast. He gave us a call after seeing our work online.

William felt his home’s exterior was looking outdated, so he was looking to give it the freshen-up it deserved!

Everything went according to plan and William’s roughcast was completed on time.

Neville, from Troon found us online because he needed a full re-roof, given his existing roof was old, outdated and unsuitable.

Talk about efficiency!

✅ Neville confirmed the roofing work on Friday…
✅ By Tuesday the scaffolding was erected at his home, the same day as our Technical Survey was completed…
✅ The materials arrived the following morning and we were straight to work!

Ian found us online after recognising his roof needed replaced and the roughcasting on property was outdated.
